Placing an Order

At Swim Mart.com, we want you to feel confident in knowing that your privacy is very important to us. We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transfering information to process each order. The SSL encrypts, or translates, your order information into a highly indecipherable code, which is processed immediately. This ensures all personal information remains secure and private.

If you would like to place your order by phone, please call our toll free number 1-800-210-6221. A swimsuit specialist is available to assist in finding the suit that meets your individual needs. Monday thru Friday 8:30am-5:00pm (EST).

We accept the following major credit cards American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

Shipping

Shipments within the United States only. Please allow 1 to 2 days for order processing. Orders are processed Monday thru Friday 8:30am-5:00pm (EST). If the item is in-stock it will be shipped within 24-48 hours and will arrive in 4-6 business days (UPS standard).

All our deliveries are made by UPS. When placing an order, our system will automatically calculate the exact amount to be charged for shipping, UPS standard, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS overnight.

UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Orders will be shipped within the state of Florida add 7% sales tax.

You will be notified if an item is out of stock. If you order merchandise with different availability times, we will ship your order when it is complete. If you decide to have items shipped separately as soon as they become available you will be billed for each shipment. Backordered items will be shipped standard UPS.

Returns and Exchanges


Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept returns or exchanges.

Please note:

Our online policy differs from our in-store policy. All merchandise purchased through swimmart.com must be returned to our e-commerce division. Please use a traceable method of shipment.

All returned/exchanged items must have original tags attached and be accompanied by receipt.
Once worn, soiled or washed swimwear may not be returned.
All returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of actual delivery date.
Credit will be given in original form of payment excluding shipping costs. Credits will be issued within 10 days of receiving returned merchandise.
